DResearch Digital Media Systems GmbH

DResearch was founded in 1994 and currently employs more than 100 people. The company, based in Berlin-Lichtenberg, achieved a turnover in 2007 of about 9 million euros. Its general managers are Dr Michael Weber and Werner Mögle. DResearch is the German market leader for mobile CCTV monitoring solutions, and a long-term project partner of such well-known companies as Siemens and SAP.

The company is active in three different business areas:

Video solutions

DResearch offers its clients efficient solutions for transmitting and recording video pictures for professional purposes. Its main areas of focus are on mobile video systems for public transport systems and the transport industry. Its other application fields are facility management, the security industry and public sector organisations.

Project and product development

DResearch supports partner companies in the development of multi-media applications and solutions for data compression. It also provides other companies in the IT and security industry with direct support in product development (OEM).

SAP solutions for medium sized enterprises

DResearch develops specialist industry ERP solutions based on SAP's Business One for medium sized enterprises. These enable medium sized companies to manage all the company's procedures, even the industry-specific ones, from a single software environment.
